This Legal Notice contains our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and General Disclaimers. By using leesvault.store or purchasing from Lee's Vault on any connected platform (including TikTok Shop), you agree to the terms set forth below.

SECTION B — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
8. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your Lee's Vault purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, intimates, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Items purchased through TikTok Shop are subject to TikTok Shop's return window policies in addition to these terms.
9. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at leesvault4u@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Lee's Vault is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
10. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
11. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
12. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at leesvault4u@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
