SHIPPING POLICY
Overview
At Lee's Vault, we are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on leesvault.store and through our connected sales channels, including TikTok Shop. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- During high-volume periods (holiday seasons, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
3. International Shipping
Lee's Vault currently ships to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by country and customs processing. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days.
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country's customs authority.
- Lee's Vault is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- Some items may be restricted from international shipping due to product or carrier regulations.
4. TikTok Shop Orders
Orders placed through TikTok Shop are fulfilled by Lee's Vault and subject to this same Shipping Policy. TikTok Shop may display estimated delivery windows that differ slightly from the above — in all cases, Lee's Vault fulfills orders within the processing times stated here.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You may also track your order directly on our website under your account or order confirmation page.
- If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
- Lee's Vault is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lee's Vault is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at leesvault4u@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors and around your property first.
- Allow 2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
- If the package is still missing, contact us at leesvault4u@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
For damaged packages, please keep all original packaging and take photos, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue.
8. Free Shipping
Lee's Vault periodically offers free shipping promotions. Free shipping thresholds and conditions will be clearly stated at checkout and on any promotional materials. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.
